Both. TicketOS is a web-based software, hosted by us, which allows a Corporation's tickets to be loaded in and managed from any PC anywhere in the world. TicketOS is also a service in that we can physically manage your tickets and do all of the physical loading of ticket inventory, fulfillment and shipping of the tickets, and customer service necessary to support your Company's associates as they make purchases. In addition, TicketOS provides other services such as Portfolio Management that help you get the most out of your ticket and sponsorship assets.
Will my Company's data be secure?
Absolutely. We host our TicketOS application in a state-of-the-art facility with all of the latest software and security controls. In addition, the physical location of TicketOS servers is controlled-access, has video monitors, etc to ensure that your data is not only monitored 24/7 but also secure with only authorized personnel being given access.
For that matter, will my tickets be secure?
Of course. As part of the core business at RazorGator (parent company of TicketOS), we house thousands of tickets at any given moment in time worth several millions of dollars. As part of our TicketOS Full Service platform, we would take physical control of your tickets and lock them up in our super-secure vault in our headquarters, which we would utilize as our centralized command-and-control center for managing and distributing your tickets. Not long, this usually depends on you. We are experts at this, so we can have you up and running over a weekend. However, we usually take as much time as it takes to understand your business and your workflows so that we can configure the many parameters of TicketOS to seamlessly incorporate into your daily business environment. This takes detailed and in-depth discussions with several members of your organization, as well as some fine-tuning after launch. Realistically, we like to say it takes from 4 - 6 weeks from the signing of a contract until implementation. This includes all of the due-diligence, the auditing of your inventory, loading and allocation of inventory and launch of the service. It sounds like a lot, but it's pretty painless. Trust us.

Well that's always the question isn't it? While its impossible to say exactly how much its going to cost without having talked to you first (it's kind of like asking how much does it cost to build a house. It depends, right?) we can give you some idea of how any deal will be structured. First off, we have to determine how much configuration your Company will require to make TicketOS work for you. If it's a lot, then there will be some kind of Setup Fee involved. If no configuration is required (off-the-shelf, if you will) then there is usually no Setup Fee at all. Second, we charge a Per-Ticket-Fee which is entirely dependent upon the number of tickets you hold, as well as what kind of services you will require. The more services that you want, the higher the Fees. However, the more you utilize the other TicketOS and RazorGator services - like Resale and TicketOS Concierge - the more we will discount your fees. There is also likely to be some small Maintenance Fee so we can continue to provide you with upgrades. So, as you can see this is all a long way of saying: It depends.
